So far this morning had not gone as she had expected. After waking up with a slight headache she realized it was probably due to hunger and asked Kyrie if she would like to go get breakfast with her. The lines were long and inevitably a look of impatience was showing on her face. Kyrie picked up on it and it wasn't long after they had their food Kyrie dragged her to the theater classroom. She was glad to be out of the cafeteria, the loud noise and people certainly wasn't going to improve her headache, but she would have liked to go anywhere but the theater classroom because it made her feel uncomfortable. Being in a room where everyone exerted themselves in an effort to show off their outgoing and talented personalities - made her feel bad about herself. She wasn't like that and being in a room where she could feel that energy made her feel as if she had too be like that. She had told Kyrie several times about how she felt, but for some reason they still always ended up here. Knowing that this is Kyrie's favorite place to escape. Tosha wasn't mad, but sometimes she wished Kyrie would pick somewhere else to escape to.
Suddenly she was hugged from behind and as she turned around to greet her friend she said, "I don't know, Nick?" She made her body limp and playfully mocked Kyrie as she winked and looked down at her. She's always loved the fact that shes a little bit taller and older than Kyrie. It's always made her feel like an older sister. After hugging her to assure her she meant well she added "I was just joking, sorry," she laughed. "Who?"

Kyrie was beyond words. Her life was taking the most amazing swoosh towards being a completely delusional fantasy - better even than the greatest fantasy she had ever created in her mind. Real life was always better than fantasies, even if it was usually less glamorous, simply because it was real - tangible. Her time with Nik had made her heart swell and blossom with hope. She never thought she would actually see the day when something happened where she would be able to feel secure about her feelings, and that the only thing stopping them from riding off into the sunset together was that he wasn't able to put his into words yet. Although, they probably wouldn't ride off into the sunset, they'd probably just have an amazing relationship and keep it under the radar and away from people's mouths until they had Basil and Raphael's support and Nik had found a way of breaking the news to Zina. Kyrie scrunched her face, wondering how on Earth that last bit was ever supposed to work out. Her thoughts were distracted by keys jangling in the door and Raphael entering the classroom that lead to the theatre and dressing room. Raphael seemed momentarily startled and gave her a smirk in hello and cocked his head, questioning how she had gotten in before he'd unlocked the doors. She waved a ring with keys on it - keys to the stage, the green room and the dressing room - all of which lead into the classroom. He smiled and shook his head, wondering to himself if Nik allowed Kyrie to have a key to everywhere in his home, or if privacy mattered around her as much as it seemed to around anyone else. This made Kyrie proud, and with high shoulders she marched into the dressing room and playfully hugged her best friend Tosha from behind.
" 'ello Love!" She laughed. The two had escaped the cafeteria and been eating their breakfast in private for the last ten minutes. She took a ferocious bite of her burrito and poked Tosha in the side. "Guess who just joined us?"
